What materials are used across your storage range?
We make our products exclusively from seasoned Moso bamboo, grade 6063 anodised aluminium, food-grade silicone, and high-impact BPA-free ABS resin. We do not use thin sheet plastics or crumbly particle boards.
What payment options do you support?
We accept cash on delivery directly to your courier upon receipt, as well as upfront direct bank transfer. We provide our bank details on the checkout confirmation screen.
How does your return policy work?
You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery, provided it remains in its original packaging with all protective wraps intact. Contact our Birmingham team to arrange the return address.
When are incoming orders processed?
Orders placed before 15:30 on normal business days are inspected, packed in protective corrugated cartons, and booked with our courier service that very afternoon.
